Sweet, fruity and tropical like a Pina Colada but with hints of butterscotch: Sagatiba cachaca, De Kuyper Butterscotch liqueur, passionfruit juice, mango juice, citric acid and coconut puree.
The Pearfect Storm
A classic Mr. Finch drink that has been on our menu since the beginning in 2018. It’s a fruit take on the Dark & Stormy with Plantation original dark rum, Xanté pear liqueur, Old Jamaicon ginger beer and fresh lime juice. Just pe(a)rfect.
The Million Dollar Margarita
Guaranteed the best Margarita in town: 30-30 Tequila blanco, Merlet trois citrus liqueur, fresh lime juice, agave syrup and lavender bitters. Served in a coupe with a chili-salt rim and a cream filled papadew on the side.
The Magnificent Seven Mai Tai
Our take on probably the most popular tiki drink, the Mai Tai made with our Tiki Rum Mix #2 (containing 7 rums), Merlet trois citrus liqueur, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, almond syrup, orange bitters and Angostura’s aromatic biters.
The Peruvian Orchard
A fruity take on the Pisco Sour with 1615 Pisco Quebrante, fresh lemon juice, bio apple juice, elderflower syrup and egg whites.
Frangiretto Sour
A simple but satisfying twist on the Amaretto Sour with Disaronno, Frangelico almond liqueur, fresh lemon juice, orange bitters and egg whites. The Pope’s favorite drink, so we’ve been told 🙂
Zuurpruimpje
Herbal, fresh, sweet… it’s all there. Spicy Chai tea-infused gin, Choya plum wine, lemon juice, simple syrup and Yuzu puree. Garnished with nutmeg and sweet olives. Served in a Martini coupe.

The 50-50 Scofflaw #2 – € 13.00

– MODERN CLASSICS –
Classic Cocktails are ‘classic’ for a reason: when made properly, they are hard to resist.
Pornstar Martini
What can we say about this oh so popular drink with Black Riga vodka, passionfruit, vanilla and egg whites? Tip: first eat the passionfruit, then drink the cava wine and at last drink the cocktail. The cava is there to reset your taste buds.
Espresso Martini
Cocktail legend has it that a young, future supermodel sidled up to Dick Bradsell’s bar in 1983 and asked to make her a cocktail that would wake her up and f*ck her up at the same time.. He mixed her a drink using vodka, sugar, coffee liqueur and a shot of espresso, pulled from the coffee machine next to his station. And that is exactly how we still do it today.
Cosmopolitan
The famous ‘Sex & the City’-drink with Ketel One lemon vodka, Merlet trois citrus liqueur, fresh lime juice and cranberry juice. Don’t let seductive light pink the color fool you… this one’s a stinger.
Gin Basil Smash
Bombay Sapphire gin, fresh basil, lemon juice and simple syrup. Invented by Jorg Meyer in Hamburg in 2008 and to this day one of the tastiest gin cocktails available in our opinion.
The Paper Plane
Sweet, sour and bitter… if this is your thing, you will fall in love with this rather boozy drink with Maker’s Mark bourbon, Nonino Quintessential Amaro, Aperol and fresh lime juice. Created around 2007 by Sasha Petraske and Sam Ross in the famous ‘Milk & Honey’ bar in New York.
White Russian
Although invented in 1949 by Belgian bartender Gustav Tops, this drink became truly popular when it appeared nine times in the 1998 film “The Big Lebowski’. We use Black Riga vodka, Zuidam coffee liqueur and cream.
Ultima Palabre
A modern take on the classic ‘Last Word’ cocktail with Bruno ‘X’ mezcal espadrin, Green Chartreuse, Luxarado maraschino liqueur, fresh pineapple juice and fresh lime juice. Smoky, fruity, herbal and sour. Lo amamos!
– BOOZY & BITTERED –
These following drinks are old school drinks, originating in an era where ingredients such as fresh fruits were not available all year and booze was not always of the highest quality. We are referring to the period from the 19th century to the roaring 1920’s. Cocktails generally were boozy. You are warned.
The Sazerac
Montifaud vsop cognac, Rebel Yell rye whiskey, sugar, Peychaud’s bitters and a touch of La Fee absinthe. Rumor has it that this was the very first drink that was called a cocktail, since it supposedly was served in 1806 in an egg cup (in French called a ‘coquetier’ that later morphed into ‘cocktail’)
The Old Fashioned
The Bourbon
Coco Verde
Our Indonesion flavored twist on a Daiquiri with Pinepple infused Pampero Blanco rum, Bandoeng 22 pandan liqueur, fresh lime juice and Monin coconut syrup. Served with a slice of pandan ‘spekkoek’ on the side.
